BSc of Law and MSc in International Relations from the University of Bristol (England), Lucas has 20 years of experience in Institutional and Government Relations working in multinationals (Procter & Gamble, HEINEKEN), business associations (Amcham, MBC) and public sector (Government of the State of São Paulo).
